[en] You can customise the appearance of client-facing documents in Provet by configuring branding elements such as clinic logos, colour themes, and header or footer text. Because these settings are clinic-specific, you must update the configuration for each clinic location individually. You require specific user permissions to access these settings.
[en] Clinic location settings
[en] Go to Settings > General > Clinic location and locate the following tabs:
[en] Logo and colour

[en] Logo: upload an image file for your clinic location logo (PNG is recommended).

[en] Client interaction colour theme: select a colour theme for client communications, such as emails.
[en] Email
[en] These settings apply when sending general emails, discharge instructions, or referral feedback.

[en] Used in summary emails that can be sent to clients after consultation.

[en] Many client-facing documents are managed under Settings > General > Print settings. This section allows you to define the layout and content of these documents.

[en] The configurations made under the General print settings tab will be used on invoice, estimate, history prints and discharge instructions. In this section you can set custom terms for fields like "Veterinarian" or "Discharge Instructions".

[en] The configurations set here will affect unpaid invoice, paid invoice, credit note and consolidated invoice.

[en] Preview buttons
[en] You can use the Preview button in the General, Financial summaries, Vaccination certificate, and Invoice tabs to visualise changes before finalising them.
[en] When generating a preview, the system automatically selects existing records to create a sample document, such as past invoices or client data.
[en] Because the preview is based on automatically selected data, some sections may not be visible if the selected record does not meet the required conditions. For example, a payment agreement section will not appear if the preview is generated from a paid invoice.
