[en] Generate a Report on Unused Prepayments

[en] You can generate a report on unused prepayments on client accounts in using two methods: the Prepayments Report or the Debtors and Creditors Report.

[en] Prepayments Report

[en] The Prepayments Report shows prepayments on client accounts. The report filters by paid/unpaid status to show how much of the prepaid sum has already been used for sales occurrences. In this report you can filter for specific client(s).

[en] To generate a report of unused prepayments from the Prepayments report:

  1. [en] Go to Reports > Financial > Prepayments.

  2. [en] Select the desired timeframe.

  3. [en] Select the Unused checkbox.

  4. [en] Select client(s) (optional).

  5. [en] Select Generate Report.

Notera

[en] If you do not select any clients in the Client(s) field, all clients with unused prepayments will appear in the report.

[en] Debtors and Creditors Report

[en] You can also use the Debtors and Creditors Report to find unused prepayments.

[en] To generate a report on unused prepayments using the Debtors and Creditors Report:

  1. [en] Go to Reports > Financial > Debtors and Creditors.

  2. [en] Select your desired filters.

  3. [en] Select the Creditors checkbox to view unused prepayments.

  4. [en] Ensure you select the Prepayments option to include clients with unused prepayments.

  5. [en] Select Generate report to view the report.

[en] Report Actions

[en] For both reports, you can perform the following actions:

  • [en] Export/Print: Select the Export/Print button on the right-hand side, under the filters, to export or print your results.

  • [en] Show Info: On the Generate tab, select the Show Info button for more information about the current report.

  • [en] Schedule: Go to the Schedule tab to schedule the report for future generation.
