The Provet Pay Payments report gives you a complete view of all transactions processed through your Provet Pay account. Use it to monitor payment statuses, review fee breakdowns, and reconcile payouts at month-end. The report is available to Provet Pay customers only and all historical payment data is included in the report.
Access the Provet Pay Payments report from Reporting > Reports > Provet Pay Payments. At the top of the page, summary numbers show the total count of Payments, Disputes and Refunds, based on your selected filters.

This function is currently only available in a limited number of customer environments.
You can select between different views on the Provet Pay Payments report. When you open the report, the Default view is selected. The Default view displays all successful Provet Pay payments within the last 30 days. Select one of the following tabs at the top of the report to switch views:

Month-End Reconciliation: Shows all payments that have been paid out in the previous month. Use this view for your monthly reconciliation routine.

Fee Breakdown & Cost Analysis: Shows all successful payments from the previous month, grouped by payment type. Use this view to analyze payment fees and costs.

Failed & Refused Payments: Shows all payments with a failed status. Use this view to monitor and follow up on failed transactions.

Disputes & Chargebacks: Shows all payments where a transaction has been disputed, charged back, or reversed. Use this view to monitor and follow up on disputed payments and track the outcome of chargeback cases.

Recent Refunds: Shows all refunds made in the previous month. Use this view to monitor recent refunds processed through Provet Pay.
Custom Views
You can save frequently used filter combinations as custom views to create your own reports. These views appear as tabs at the top of the page for quick access.

Set your filters as needed.

Select +.

Enter a name for the view.

Select Add.
To customize an existing view:

Select the view you want to change.

Adjust the filters as needed.

Select Save view and choose Save changes or Save as new view from the drop-down menu.
To manage custom views, right-click or long-press a saved view to rename, duplicate, or delete it.
The report updates automatically as you adjust your filters.

Select Display to choose which columns are visible in the table. From this drop-down menu, you can:

Select Group by to configure how you would like to group the data in the report (for example, by Account, Payment Method, Payout date or None).

Select Manage columns to add or remove visible columns from the table:

Date: The date the payment was processed.

Account: The Provet Pay account associated with the payment.

Client: The client linked to the payment.
-
Invoice: A link to the related invoice in Provet.
-
Type: The payment type: Payment, Reversal, Refund, or Dispute.

Terminal: The terminal used for the transaction.
-
Status: The outcome of the payment: Success or Fail.
-
Payment Method: The method used to process the payment (for example, card type).

Payout Date: The date the payout was sent to your bank account.

Paid Out: Whether the payment has been included in a payout: Yes or No

Nordhealth fee: The total Nordhealth fee charged for the transaction, combining the markup and processing fee.

Nordhealth markup: The percentage-based markup component of the Nordhealth fee.
-
Nordhealth processing fee: A fixed additional charge applied to online payments, on top of the markup.

Other fees: Any additional fees outside of Nordhealth fees (for example, interchange and card fees).

Currency: The currency used for the transaction.

Transaction: The unique transaction ID for the payment.

Amount: The total amount charged to the client.
-
Refunds: The total amount refunded.
-
Fees: The total fees charged for the transaction, combining all fee types.

Payout Amount: The amount received after all fees and refunds have been deducted.

Select Date to set the desired timeframe. You can use the quick-select options or set a specific timeframe in the calendar view. Select Apply.

Select + Add filter for any additional criteria:

Status: Filter by Success or Fail.

Type: Filter by Payment, Reversal, Refund, Dispute, Chargeback and Chargeback Reversed.

Paid Out: Filter by whether the payment has been included in a payout: Yes or No.

Payment Method: Filter by the method used to process the payment (for example, card type).

Account: Filter by payment channel, terminal (in-person) or online payments.

To modify an applied filter, select it in the menu to edit it, or select the x next to the filter name to remove it. To clear all selections, select the Reset filters button.
To open a specific page in a new browser tab, select the Invoice number, or Client name links within the results table.
Note
Export, Share, and Schedule will be available in a future update.

Export: For easier analysis, export the report by selecting the Export button in the top-right corner. Choose from CSV or Excel formats.

Share: Select Share to send the report as an email.

Schedule: Select Schedule to set up automatic, regular report generation.
