Note that if you use Provet Pay, the status is changed automatically when a recurring payment fails.

On the Records > Health Plan page (the page name may be different in your Provet) find the subscription you want to edit.

Select the eye button at the end of the subscription row to open the subscription page.

Select the status button under the health plan subscription title. In the Edit subscription status dialogue, you can select a new status and add notes related to the change. For example, you can change the subscription status to 'Suspended' if a payment is missing. The notes are saved in the Log information.
You can cancel a subscription by changing the subscription status to 'Cancelled' or by selecting Tools > Cancel subscription in the bottom right corner of the subscription page. See Cancel a Health Plan Subscription for more information.
