The revision log in Provet allows clinic staff to review historical changes made to client and patient records. Revision logs provide detailed information about who made changes, what was modified, and when the modification occurred.
Note
Custom fields are not currently recorded in revision logs. However, a log entry is still created when you select Save when editing client or patient details, even if no changes are made to standard fields.
To view the client or patient revision log history:

Go to Records > Clients & Patients, search for a client or patient, and select a client or patient from the list. You can also open a specific client's or patient's page by selecting the client or patient anywhere in the system.

On the Client details or Patient details tab, select the View revision log button in the top right corner to open the change history.

Review the logs to track changes made to client or patient details. Each entry shows:

Timestamp: When the change was made.

User: Who performed the change.
-
Field: The specific field that was modified.

Previous Value: The data before the modification.

New Value: The updated information.
