Create and Manage Centrally Managed Forms

This function is currently only available in a limited number of customer environments.

You can create a centrally managed form by uploading a PDF or Word form in a central clinic location. These forms function similarly to other forms but are managed centrally. In a central clinic location, you can edit and delete centrally managed forms just like regular forms. If a centrally managed form is updated, the changes are automatically reflected in all local clinic locations where it is shared.

Centrally managed forms are automatically shared with local clinic locations as view-only items, and are only visible in clinic locations where the user has access. Users in local clinic locations cannot edit or delete centrally managed forms, but can use them during consultations.

Requirements

View Centrally Managed Form Templates in a Local Clinic Location

  1. Go to Settings > Lists & Templates > Templates > Certificates & Forms.

  2. Find a form template created in the central clinic location, and select the eye icon at the end of the row to view it.
