You can create a centrally managed text template by uploading a PDF or Word document in the central clinic location. These templates are shared as view-only items with local clinic locations, where users cannot edit or delete them. They are only visible to users who have access to the respective clinic location. If a centrally managed template is updated, the changes are automatically reflected in all local clinic locations where it is shared. Centrally managed text templates can be used during consultations in the same way as regular text templates.
