To add multiple patients for the same client in one go:

On the Clients & Patients page, find the client you want to add patients to. Go to the client's page and select + Create new > Multiple patients.

You can use tags to represent the patients as a group. In the Tags field, add tags or select existing tags if available.

Select Add patient row to add patients one at a time, or select +5, +10, or +20 to add several rows at once. To remove a row, select the trash button at the end of the row.

Optionally, use the Default Values section to set Sex, Species, Breed, or Date of birth. Select the checkbox next to the patient rows you want to update, then select Apply to Selected Patients to apply these values to the selected rows.

If you want to register patients without names, enable the Use temporary names toggle. Patients are assigned temporary names automatically.

Fill in the patient details and save. After saving, you can view and edit the patients' details individually on the client and patient page.
