You can verify VAT exemptions on dispensed medicines for the UK charity customer type as follows:

  • Invoice preview: Before finalising an invoice for a consultation or a counter sale, confirm that dispensed medicines show 0% VAT.

  • Invoice page: After finalising an invoice, check the VAT column to ensure 0% VAT is applied to dispensed medicines.
