You can renew refills for a client either on the client's page or directly on the consultation page.

Go to the Treatments tab and find the refill you want to renew in the Refills section.

In the Actions column at the end of the refill row, select the button with three dots and then select Renew refills from the drop-down menu. The Create new refill dialogue opens.

Fill in the refill information. The number of refills is automatically filled based on the previous refill, but you may adjust it if needed.

Select Save. The renewed refill is shown in the Refills list with the status Active.

In the Treatment items section, select the Refills button. The Refills dialogue opens.

Find the refill you want to renew and select the button with three dots at the end of the row.

Select Renew refills from the drop-down menu. The Create new refill dialogue opens.
