Log In to Mobile App

These instructions apply when you are logging in to the Provet mobile app for the first time. If you share a device with other users, see how to switch users on the mobile app.

First Time Login

Before you can log in to the mobile app, make sure the following settings are enabled in Provet:

  • Enable mobile app: Go to Settings > Organization and select the Enable mobile app checkbox.

  • Stock permissions: Go to Settings > General > Users > Permission Groups and make sure the relevant permission group has Stock (Read/Write) enabled.

Once these settings are enabled, you can proceed with the steps to download the app and log in.

  1. To go to your user profile, select your user name shown in the upper right-hand corner of the header bar on any Provet page and then select User Profile from the drop-down menu.

  2. Go to the Mobile app tab and select Android or iOS to view device-specific information.

  3. Select Show login credentials. You will use these credentials to log in to the app on your mobile device.

  4. Download and open the Provet mobile app on your mobile device.

  5. Enter your login credentials (see step 3). On an Android device, you can also use a QR code to log in: select the Use QR instead link and scan the QR code in the credentials using the camera of your device.

  6. Read and accept the Provet mobile app terms and conditions of use.

  7. If you have permissions to multiple clinic locations, select a clinic location. You can later switch clinic locations in the mobile app when using the app.

  8. Create a pin code.

Get the mobile app credentials from Provet web user profile:
