[en] Use AI Scribe in the Mobile App

[en] AI Scribe can be used in the ProvetProvet mobile app to record consultation notes using your phone. The consultation is open on desktop, and the mobile app is used for voice recording and transcription.

[en] AI Scribe is a Clinical AI feature. Your organization must have access to Clinical AI for AI Scribe to be available in the mobile app.

[en] Start AI Scribe from the Mobile App

  1. [en] In ProvetProvet, open a consultation.

  2. [en] Select AI Scribe at the top-right of your screen (old design) or the AI Assistant tab (new design).

  3. [en] Select Click here to record from your phone. A QR code opens.

  4. [en] Open the ProvetProvet mobile app.

  5. [en] Go to the AI Scribe page.

  6. [en] Select Scan AI Scribe code to scan the QR code displayed on your screen.

  7. [en] Accept the required permissions.

[en] Record Consultation Notes

  1. [en] In the ProvetProvet mobile app, open the AI Scribe page and tap Start to begin recording. The transcription is sent to the active consultation on the desktop.

  2. [en] If needed, tap Pause to pause the recording and resume it later.

    [en] After pausing, you can tap View in the transcription preview section to review the recorded notes. Then tap Resume to continue recording, Discard to delete the recording, or Done to finish.

  3. [en] Tap Done to initiate the note summary and transcription.

    [en] After tapping Done, you can:

    • [en] Tap Start over to delete the recording and begin again.

    • [en] Tap Resume to continue recording.

    • [en] Tap Resubmit to submit the transcription to the consultation.

  4. [en] If you want to discard the current recording and start again, select the Start over. Note that starting over will delete the previous recording and related transcript.

Bemærk

[en] Always review AI responses before making a clinical decision.

[en] Use AI Scribe in the Background

[en] AI Scribe continues recording when the app is in the background. You can lock your phone, switch to another app, or place the phone in your pocket while recording. A notification indicates that recording is active.

[en] To return to the recording:

  • [en] Tap the notification, or

  • [en] Open the app and select AI Scribe in progress.

[en] View and Manage Transcriptions

[en] After recording, the transcription is uploaded to the consultation. Refresh the consultation page on desktop to view the notes.

[en] In the consultation, you can:

  • [en] Review the generated summary

  • [en] Select Add to clinical note to save the summary. You can also change the note type before adding it to the clinical note.

  • [en] Select Transcription to view the full transcription.

[en] In the ProvetProvet mobile app, on the AI Scribe tab, under AI Scribe history:

  • [en] Select Open latest to open the most recent session.

  • [en] Select View all items to open the AI Scribe sessions view. In the AI Scribe sessions view, you can enable the Include submitted transcriptions option to include submitted items in the session list.

[en] Transcriptions are stored on the mobile device for 24 hours.

[en] Note that transcriptions are linked to the selected environment and clinic location.
