[en] This article explains how to set up your appointment calendar in Provet. It covers essential settings for adjusting the calendar's appearance and functions, such as defining timeslots and setting start and end hours. It also details various booking settings to adapt your appointment workflow.

Med denne mulighed kan du indstille længden på aftalekalenderens tidsintervaller. Længden af et tidsrum kan være fra 5 minutter til 60 minutter.
[en] Use this option to set which day is the first day of the week in your calendar.
[en] These choices set the visible time range for the entire day in your calendar. For example, you can set the day to display from 0 to 24.
[en] This checkbox enables a default day view in the calendar, providing a pre-filtered time period. The filter for this is located under General in the filters section, on the left of your calendar. You can set the time period for the day view using the First Hour of Day View and Last Hour of Day View settings.
[en] With these choices, you set your desired time span for your day view. For example, set the First hour of day view to 8 and Last hour of day view to 17.
[en] When this option is selected, the appointment calendar always shows the current day by default. Otherwise, the calendar shows the previously viewed day, week or month.
[en] When this option is selected, it is possible to book appointments outside the opening hours (the first and last hour of the day). When the option is not selected, a warning message is shown in the appointment booking dialogue when the time is outside the opening hours, and booking is not possible.
[en] This setting is used in the calendar to calculate hours for all-day events, such as holidays or absences.
[en] Select this to use an additional Day Plan view.

Set the number of days in the Alarm when invoice unpaid for field. This feature requires the client tags setting to be enabled.

Når denne indstilling er valgt (1), vises farven på aftalens årsag (rød i eksemplet nedenfor) som hovedfarve og farven på aftalens status som sekundær farve (orange i eksemplet nedenfor) i aftalekalenderposter. Når indstillingen ikke er valgt (2), vises statusfarven som hovedfarve og farven på aftalens årsag som sekundær farve.
[en] When enabled, the calendar displays only public holidays, marked with a green background. When disabled, all holidays are shown, with non-public holidays appearing with a grey background. Holidays displayed depend on the country set in Settings > Clinic Location > Clinic Location Profile.
[en] If selected, a warning appears in the appointment dialogue if you try to book an appointment using a reason type that is not configured as bookable for the selected shift type.

[en] Set the time in minutes for how long a timeslot is reserved when a preliminary booking is made. After this time, the preliminary booking is automatically removed. This feature is used with online booking.
[en] Enter a link to a third-party system that displays appointment details of the confirmed booking.
Når denne indstilling er valgt, kan aftaler markeres som bekræftede i aftalekalenderen.
Med indstillingen Information Shown on Appointment Calendar Tooltips kan du vælge, hvilke oplysninger der skal vises i kalenderens værktøjstip (1).
Med indstillingen Information Shown on Calendar Slots kan du vælge, hvilke oplysninger der skal vises i kalenderåbningerne (2).
Klik i feltet for at åbne en liste, hvorfra du kan vælge elementer. Klik på det lille x for at fjerne et valgt element.
Følgende indstillinger bruges til sammenkædede aftaler.

Aktivér flere aftaler (sammenkædede aftaler): Når denne indstilling er valgt, kan du oprette sammenkædede aftaler for den samme klient og patient med forskelligt personale, tidspunkt og årsag.

Tillad kun oprettelse af flere aftaler på samme dato: Når denne indstilling er valgt, kan du kun oprette sammenkædede aftaler på samme dag. Ellers kan du linke aftaler mellem forskellige dage.

Optag flere aftaler separat: Når denne indstilling er valgt, skal du godkende forbundne aftaler separat. Ellers kan du godkende sammenkædede aftaler på én gang.

Lad altid flere aftaler indgå i samme konsultation: Når denne indstilling er valgt, behandles sammenkædede aftaler som én konsultation. Ellers kan du vælge, om du vil behandle de forbundne aftaler som én eller starte en ny konsultation for hver.

Brug hovedaftalens tilsynsførende dyrlæge: Når denne indstilling er valgt, vises hovedaftalens dyrlæge i konsultationsoplysningerne, når en tilknyttet aftale indlægges. Ellers viser konsultationsoplysningerne den tilknyttede aftales dyrlæge.
